KA&MELOCK KM 36 W
KA&MELOCK KM 36 W is a one-coat bonding agent designed for bonding Acrylic Rubber (ACM), Ethylene Acrylic Rubber (AEM “VAMAC”), Epichlorohydrin Rubber (ECO), Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (HNBR), and Nitrile Rubber (NBR) to metal substrates.
Bonding between the rubber compound and the metal occurs during the vulcanization process. Prior to application, metal parts are chemically or mechanically treated. After coating the surface with KA&MELOCK KM 36 W and allowing the film to dry, the bond develops during vulcanization in the press.
KA&MELOCK KM 36 W is particularly suitable for the production of sealing components.
