KA&MELOCK KM 25
KA&MELOCK KM 25 is an elastomer bonding agent suitable for top-coat applications. It is used in combination with KA&MELOCK MP 05 primer when high-temperature corrosion resistance and dynamic resistance are required for bonding various elastomers to metal and plastic substrates during the vulcanization process.
The bonding agent is composed of a mixture of dispersed polymers, cross-linking agents, and suspended solids in an organic solvent system.
KA&MELOCK KM 25 enables reliable bonding of rubber compounds based on Natural Rubber (NR), Polyisoprene (IR), Polybutadiene (BR), Styrene Butadiene (SBR), Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Chloroprene Rubber (CR), Butyl Rubber (IIR), Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene (CSM), and Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPDM) to a wide range of metal and plastic substrates during vulcanization.
