KA&MELOCK KM 14
KA&MELOCK KM 14 is a highly versatile bonding agent suitable for both low-temperature vulcanization processes at 90–100 °C and standard vulcanization temperatures ranging from 150–170 °C.
When used in combination with the KA&MELOCK MP 05 primer, the system delivers excellent performance for applications such as tank linings, as well as the production of rubber rollers and rubber cylinders.
KA&MELOCK KM 14 enables reliable bonding of textile substrates, including polyester and polyamide, to a wide range of rubber compounds, such as bromo-/chlorobutyl rubber (BIIR/CIIR), chloroprene rubber (CR), chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM), ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM), butyl rubber (IIR), polyisoprene (IR), nitrile rubber (NBR), natural rubber (NR), and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR).
In addition, KA&MELOCK KM 14 is suitable for bonding uncured rubber to cured rubber based on CR, CSM, EPDM, IIR, NBR, NR, and SBR, enabling stable and durable bonding results.
The product is also well suited for the production of gaskets.
